Unveiling Truth Through Knowledge – A Gnostic Muslim Perspective

As a Gnostic Muslim and research scholar sponsored by the University of Birmingham, Dubai, and Oxford University, I am committed to uncovering theological truths through critical analysis and historical research.
My journey began as a convert to Islam, earning a BA in Islamic Studies from the University of Madinah. However, after years of rigorous study, I have come to the conclusion that Islam, as it exists today, has been corrupted by human hands.
The Qur’an and hadith are not divine but man-made, and the widely accepted narrative of Muhammad as a prophet lacks historical evidence.
Key Evidence:
-
The Qur’an’s Third-Person Mentions of Muhammad: The name "Muhammad"—meaning "The Praised One"—appears only four times in the Qur’an, always in the third person. This is highly unusual for a real historical figure, whereas true prophets in religious texts are addressed directly.
-
Jesus vs. Muhammad in the Qur’an: Jesus (Isa) is mentioned twenty-one times, far more than Muhammad, and is also referred to as "The Praised One," suggesting textual manipulation.
-
Absence of Contemporary Records: There are no historical records from Muhammad’s time that confirm his existence. The earliest biographies and hadith collections only emerge over 150 years later, raising doubts about their authenticity.
-
Contradictions in the Qur’an and Hadith: The hadith not only contradict the Qur’an but also contain absurd and irrational claims that expose them as fabrications. The Qur’an itself shows evidence of foreign linguistic influences and later redactions, suggesting multiple human authors over time.
-
Gnostic and Jewish-Christian Influences: Many Qur’anic stories have direct parallels in earlier Gnostic Christian and Jewish texts, often with modifications that align with evolving political and theological interests.
Despite these revelations, I continue to use the term Muslim, as it simply means "one who submits."
I submit to the one true God, beyond the distortions of organized religion.
My mission is to challenge long-standing falsehoods, expose religious corruption, and guide seekers of truth toward a deeper, more authentic understanding of faith, rooted in knowledge, not blind belief.
About The Gnostic Ministry
The Gnostic Ministry: A Mission of Truth, Support, and Awareness
The Gnostic Ministry is a non-profit charitable organisation based in Derby, dedicated to advancing education and awareness through Islamic research.
My mission is to expose the realities of Orthodox Islam, particularly within the Sunni and Shia sects, and to provide guidance and support to those seeking to leave these traditions.
My Purpose
At the heart of my Ministry is the commitment to assisting individuals who wish to transition away from Orthodox Islam, particularly those who have experienced coercion, abuse, or disillusionment within these religious frameworks.
I am especially dedicated to supporting women who have been forced into marriage, subjected to domestic abuse, or endured other forms of oppression under these systems.
Community Support and Outreach
In addition to our educational efforts, The Gnostic Ministry seeks to establish a physical space, a small centre or large communal room, where individuals can gather to learn about our mission, access resources, and find solace in a welcoming environment.
This space will also serve as a hub for our community food bank, where those in need can receive essential supplies donated by the local community.

How You Can Help?
As a newly founded initiative, I rely on the generosity of volunteers, donors, and trustees to bring my vision to life.
Your support can help us:
-
Publish and distribute educational materials on Islamic research and awareness
-
Provide essential aid and safe spaces for those leaving Orthodox Islam
-
Establish a dedicated center for outreach, education, and community support
-
Maintain a food bank to assist those in desperate need within our society
Whether you wish to volunteer your time, contribute financially, or join us as a trustee, your involvement can make a profound difference in the lives of those seeking truth and refuge.
